We kindly ask that you do not physically approach the front gate or admissions trailer during park closure due to inclement weather. 

We do not want to endanger you or our staff – please seek shelter from lightening until the status update says OPEN

We would love for you to wait out this inclement weather with us and join the fun again once the park re-opens! (Usually we open within 30-45 minutes! Time varies depending on the storm severity)

If you decide not to re-join the fun today please see below the steps you can take to obtain a raincheck for a future visit

 

LIGHTNING MILEAGE PROCEDURES

15 miles – paddle boards & kayaks come back to dock

10 miles – all guests clear out of water including obstacle course, Island, and Lagoon

5 miles – all guest must exit park and seek shelter in their vehicles

Managers will give approval for guests to re-enter the park after immediate threat of lightning strikes have passed. It is at the company’s discretion whether the park will remain closed or reopen after weather events.

ADMISSION POLICY

No refunds on admission tickets, umbrellas or purchased activities

Rainchecks will only be given upon closure of the park due to lightning. Must be in the park 3 hours or less to be eligible. Rainchecks are valid for 30 days from their issue date.

Time verification and proof of purchase is required to redeem a raincheck. Rainchecks are not valid on the same day they are issued or holidays.

    • Upon check in to the Lagoon, you received an email of your receipt
    • Please bring proof of this email and the attached ticket to your next visit
